You’ve got a deck full of minions, so make it count! The Dragon package will help you out when looking for good stats with powerful effects, and despite the deck’s loss of Leeroy Jenkins, the gains of both Overgrowth and Marsh Hydra more than make up for it.

Deck Import ID: AAECAZICAoiwA+26Aw5A4QTSpQPZqQP7rQP9rQOMrgPerwPnsAP/sAOFsQOHsQP/tQPougMA General strategy Embiggen Druid can give you absolute dream draws sometimes. If you’re lucky in your mulligan stage, you can run away with ridiculous ramp extremely quickly. Here’s hoping. Early game: The nuttiest early game consists of playing Breath of Dreams on turn 2, before casting Overgrowth on turn 3, giving you a turn 4 mana total of 7. If you have an Embiggen in hand, play it as well, and then you’ll be able to put out buffed-up boys on the board ludicrously early. A turn 4 Winged Guardian is absolute madness, and you’ll be able to keep making plays like that throughout the game. Without this though, you’re not in a horrible spot. Strength in Numbers is a decent card to put out early on and start working on, and you have an abundance of early plays to keep you going such as Faerie Dragon and even Injured Tol’vir. Mid game: Frizz Kindleroost is a fantastic way to offset Embiggen’s mana increases, discounting all Dragon minions in your deck by 2. If you’ve cast Embiggen twice, you’ll have completely negated the mana cost increases for all your Dragon minions. Basically, most minions you play will be high in tempo and your opponent will struggle to get rid of them. Even the likes of Injured Tol’vir and Oasis Surger will benefit you massively thanks to Embiggen’s buff. You want to get as many minions hitting face as much as possible, so just keep on tempo however possible. Late game: You’ll be able to keep tempo up with all the minion generators in your deck. Marsh Hydra puts an 8-cost minion directly into your hand, and can continue to do so if you keep it alive. Emerald Explorer can be saved up in order to generate a more expensive Dragon minion for later on in the game. Remember - these generated minions don’t benefit from Embiggen’s buff, so take this into account when choosing. If you’ve ramped up nice and early you’ll hopefully be far enough ahead to finish the enemy off - don’t forget the direct damage of Scalerider as part of a potential finisher!

Embiggen. Obviously. It sets you up fantastically for the rest of the game. 2. Breath of Dreams cycles your deck whilst also providing you with an extra mana crystal to help you play those more expensive minions. 3. Overgrowth is a huge play if you can do it directly after Breath of Dreams on turn 3. Regardless of this though, you want to be ramping your mana up early, so keep hold of this spell if possible.
Embiggen Druid tips, combos and synergies
Here’s a few combos and interactions to look out for with Embiggen Druid.
- Strength in Numbers is actually made easier to complete with Embiggen, since you’ll be spending more mana on minions than you otherwise would be.
- Strength in Numbers summons a random minion from within your deck. Most of your minions are good candidates for this, but unfortunately the likes of Frizz Kindleroost and Scalerider rely on their Battlecries. Basically, unlucky if you pull them from the sidequest.
- Marsh Hydra can give you some really great minions to play. 8 cost minions are often super strong - Tirion Fordring and Natalie Seline are just some of the high-impact plays you could generate. Of course, there are low-rolls. You might end up with Arcane Devourer instead.
- A lot of your minions are untargetable by spells and hero powers. This means the likes of Faerie Dragon and Evasive Feywing can’t be hit by single-target removal spells, and are thus harder for your enemy to get rid of.
- Breath of Dreams only gives you an empty mana crystal if you’re holding a Dragon - the outline of the card will be highlighted in yellow if this is the case.
- Remember you can go face with Swipe. This can often act as a finisher to get that last bit of damage in, but you can hit enemy Taunt minions and get them out of the way too.
- Oasis Surger will create an exact copy of itself if you choose that option. This means the second copy will keep the buffs given to the minion by Embiggen.
